Indian civilization is one of the oldest in the world. The first settlements appeared around 6600 BC. in the fertile valley of the Indus River. Then large cities were built here - Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro. Excavations have shown that these cities had straight streets, brick houses, and even water supply and sewerage. There was also a written language, which, unfortunately, has not yet been deciphered. Now India is developing and moving forward towards the future. The capital of this country is the city of Delhi, with many attractions and beautiful places.

The official name of the country is the REPUBLIC OF INDIA, derived from the ancient Persian word Hindu. Since the time of the Mughal Empire, the name HINDUSTAN has also been used.

WHY CHOOSE THIS TOUR

6 REASONS TO VISIT INDIA
1.YOGA

India is famous all over the world for its ancient knowledge - yoga. The city of RISHIKESH is recognized as the capital of yoga. Since the 70s of the last century, this city has become the unofficial world capital of yogis. Hundreds of traveling pilgrims come there. Celebrities also visit India in search of spiritual awakening and yoga, including the Beatles.

2. SPIRITUALITY:

India has been the cradle of spirituality since time immemorial. It was here in India that Buddha and Mahavira achieved nirvana and preached spirituality. In India, Hinduism is practiced not only as a religion but also as a way of life

3.AYURVEDA

Ayurveda is the “science of life”, traditional Indian medicine. Created in India 5 thousand years ago. The basis of the teaching is the assertion that the human body is an integral system, and it is necessary to treat not the symptoms, but the root cause of the disease.

4.EXOTIC

This is exactly what Europeans come to India for, because absolutely everything you encounter in this country will be unusual and unusual. Seaside landscapes with Hindu temples, Portuguese medieval buildings and tropical trees, the air in which the aroma of exotic spices hovers, and even women in saris with caste marks on their foreheads will surprise you with their unusualness.

5.INDIAN CUISINE

Many people love India precisely for its gastronomic delights. Some people like the heat of food, others like its spiciness. Indians themselves prefer curry. Curry is an Indian spice that includes turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, and red pepper. An Indian breakfast is tea or coffee, a wheat, rice or lentil roti, a dosa rice pancake or deep-fried puri bread, sweet or savory porridge and perhaps a vegetable dish with potatoes and lentils. Egg omelettes and scrambled eggs are prepared for foreigners. The sweets are mind-blowing, made with honey, with nuts and fruits.

6.CHARITY

Another reason why you need to go to India is to help the poor, in other words, to do charity work. It's no secret that even today up to 25% of the total population of India are illiterate people

The atmosphere around the temple is filled with some kind of mystery and mystery. The impression is that as soon as dusk falls on the mountains, the lights will come on in the temple and the secret service will begin... The church was built in the neo-Gothic style in 1852, one and a half kilometers from McLeod Ganj (Upper Dharamsala), which was then an English resort.
Of course this is not the British Museum, an old modest working church.
The most spectacular decoration of the interior decoration of the church is the stained glass windows,
presented by the wife of James Bruce Viceroy of India to the Eighth Lord Elgin and the Twelfth Lord Kincardine.
The Lord himself is buried next to the church. Relict Himalayan cedars, fifty meters high, no less, two girths thick, simply stun the imagination with their beauty.

FEEDBACK
The Republic of Gorny Altai is a land of mysterious shamans, proud deer, turquoise lakes, inaccessible mountains and steep passes. For many years it has attracted tourists from all over the country, and now I understand why. 10 amazing days, 136 km of picturesque trails, fragrant mountain herbs, clean air. Yes, it was hard in some places, especially when it was raining all day and all night and the most desired thing in the world was a dry tent 😄 At times I wanted to throw away my backpack or go back the short way to the base in a warm bed (which is actually just a wooden bunk 😂) . But all this is forgotten, and only the unique beauty of nature remains, which amazes to the core. Thanks to the service and our guide for our test of soul and body, vivid impressions and an irresistible desire to conquer ourselves (and the mountains too 😂) again and again 💪
Ekaterina
Dear colleagues, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone for a wonderful trip. I have the most positive memories of the trip and how attentive and responsive everyone was to each other, how many wonderful places we visited and how much fun we had, even our pioneer camp with a shared toilet on the floor did not spoil the impression at all, now The girls and I remember with laughter the details of our shared life, and with nostalgia - our walks, feasts, collective singing, and even the bus (personally, I remember the mafia game no less than everything else)))
And I also want to say what good people we have in our company, how much care was shown towards each other, how much attention, even in small things, everyone tried to support each other and help each other in some way, if necessary. We've all really gotten a little closer to each other. I am very glad that I was part of this story, and of course, I express great gratitude to our management for making this trip possible! I look at the photos with pleasure and hope that we will go somewhere together again!)
Ekaterina (Armeniya)

Tatyana (Altay, Actru)
Good day everyone! Guys, thank you all again for the trip! For me, this is now a very large reserve of internal strength. And appreciate what you have acquired during this time, it may not be tangible yet, but it is there. Have a nice day, everyone
Kseniya (Armeniya)
My trip to Armenia for a yoga retreat turned out to be one of the best! I talked a lot with my new friends and kept silent in the mountains from the heart! Incredible nature, air, architecture, food and some kind of healing magic for soul and body. I still keep in touch with many of my friends, and 4 years have passed since then 🤗 it warms my heart ❤️
The organizers are very sincere and responsible girls🤗❤️

Dasha (Armeniya)

Thank you so much for everything!

Tatyana (Khibiny)
Ksenia and Lisa, I want to thank you very much for organizing the tour to Khibiny!
For the homely and friendly atmosphere that you create in each group! Ksenia, you are an incredibly sensitive person, you always think about others, worry about the participants as if they were your children:) on tours it is often difficult for one or the other... and you always help everyone, adapt to the situation. Thanks to this, you always feel safe, and most importantly, you feel great support :)
Accommodation in the Khibiny Mountains was very comfortable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, comfortable mattresses, snow-white and soft linen. The first days there was barely warm water, but after Ksenia’s complaints, they turned on the pressure stronger and hotter for us :) this is Russia...
The food was very tasty, 2 times a day:) during the day we took tea and snacks to the mountains, this was quite enough.
Khibiny mountains are incredibly beautiful! Northern nature is magical, the tundra “blooms” in autumn with incredible colors, all shades of yellow and red... Northern people are very friendly, open and simple. We had a wonderful guide, a geologist from the Russian Academy of Sciences, an extremely enthusiastic, intelligent and smart person! He told and showed a lot of interesting things... and the history of the Sami people who lived here. And how cities and mines were built in Soviet times. He and I looked for minerals together, he even showed us his personal collection. The feeling that he knows absolutely everything and could answer any question.
All days were very busy! From early morning until evening. Yoga, mountains, tarot cards if desired, meditation... Oh, and the icing on the cake of this trip was the northern lights, which I finally saw!!! This delight cannot be conveyed either in words or in photos. :)
In short, I can say that I definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour to everyone! You won’t find this in other regions, but in the company of Ksenia and Lisa everything will be just wonderful!!! :)
